Culligan of Le Mars is looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed as a Service Technician working with our appliance and Culligan customers. As a Service Technician at Culligan of Le Mars, you’ll work to resolve customer issues, troubleshoot solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. To be successful, you should be detail-oriented, a problem solver, and provide a solution to satisfy each customer. Culligan is an industry leader in water treatment and has been a trusted household brand for 85+ years.

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair various home appliances and Culligan water conditioning equipment
Installation of new appliances
Extensive problem solving and mechanical skills to resolve customer issues
Attention to detail to provide excellent customer satisfaction
Effective and polite telephone communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with customers
Efficiently plan and coordinate service calls
Build customer relationships
Help in the office as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Must maintain a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Must be physically able to lift heavy appliances and equipment
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a drug test
Friendly and approachable attitude when dealing with customers
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity
Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment
Strong organizational skills
Outstanding team attitude
Maintain a professional appearance
